The use of an AI scribe is to assist in creating accurate and detailed records of your consultation but does not replace the professional judgment or oversight of your healthcare provider.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading or transmitting harmful content (viruses, spam, etc.).

  • Engaging in conduct that disrupts the normal flow of communication.

5. Professional Relationship

6. Telemedicine

Payments for services are due at the time of booking and are processed via PracticeQ. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. A cancellation policy applies to appointment changes.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given once a session has been completed.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on Cedar Integrative Psychiatry’s website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and educational materials, is the property of Cedar Integrative Psychiatry and is protected by intellectual property laws.
