VISION

A Different Kind of Psychiatry

At Cedar Integrative Psychiatry, I offer integrative, trauma-informed psychiatric care that puts the person before the diagnosis. Care that honors your biology, your nervous system, your identity, and your story. This is a high-touch, concierge style practice created for people who want more than rushed visits or surface level symptom management.

Time-Rich, Personalized Treatment

In this practice, you’ll never be a number. You’ll never be hurried through. I created a boutique model of psychiatric care that allows for time, relationship, and depth. Whether we’re titrating medications slowly, exploring how your past shapes your present, or navigating chronic illness, we move at your pace — with curiosity and collaboration.

More Than Just Meds

Medication can be a powerful tool—but it’s only one piece of the puzzle. My approach includes:

  • Education on how your brain and nervous system work, so you can better understand what you’re experiencing and why

  • Functional testing to explore hormones, nutritional status, inflammation, and gut health when appropriate

  • Lifestyle and environmental insight, including sleep, stress, sensory sensitivities, and patterns of overload or burnout

  • Collaborative care with therapists, primary care providers, nutritionists, physical therapists, and other team members when needed

Together, we co-create a treatment plan that’s comprehensive and contextual, not cookie-cutter

Neurodivergent-Affirming

Neurodivergence is not a defect—it’s a different way of sensing, processing, and engaging with the world. My approach affirms the strengths, sensitivities, and adaptations that often come with ADHD, autism, and other forms of cognitive and sensory diversity.

I aim to create a space where stimming, info-dumping, asking for structure, or needing extra time is never something you have to apologize for. We’ll work collaboratively to understand how your brain works best and how to build a life around it with compassion and clarity.

More Than a Diagnosis

I believe you deserve care that sees you fully—not just as a set of symptoms, but as a whole human with a story that matters. Psychiatry can be both precise and personal. I believe healing happens when your complexity is honored, your pace is respected, and you’re met with genuine curiosity and care. This kind of work takes time. It takes trust. And it unfolds best in a space built on relationship, presence, and the belief that your life is worth tending to with intention.

Mission

My mission is to offer thoughtful, trauma-informed psychiatric care that blends clinical expertise with deep, relational presence. I strive to support each client’s healing through education, collaboration, and integrative insight so they can rise into their own sense of clarity, meaning, and vitality.

Core Values

  • I treat beyond checklists. I want to understand the why behind your symptoms — and support healing in the full context of your life, body, and story.

  • This is care that’s intentionally unhurried. Real healing requires space.

  • I believe in transparency and shared decision-making. You deserve to understand your brain and your options.

  • My practice is small on purpose — to prioritize depth, responsiveness, and direct access.

  • We consider hormones, trauma, sleep, stress, inflammation, nervous system regulation, and social context — because all of it matters.

  • I center care around people who’ve been misdiagnosed, overlooked, or forced to mask. Especially adults with ADHD and autism, including women and AFAB clients often missed by traditional systems.

Not Sure If This is Right for You?

Choosing a psychiatrist is a big decision. You deserve to feel safe and supported by the person you trust with your mind, your story, and your care. This work is deeply personal—and it’s important that it feels right. I’m always happy to connect, answer your questions, and help you find clarity, whether we end up working together or not.
