Initial Evaluation
During this 2-hour session, our aim is to begin unraveling your story. We'll delve into your current concerns and symptoms, but I'm also interested in understanding various facets of your life, from childhood to work, relationships, and beyond. With your consent, I may reach out to your therapist, primary care physician, teacher, or loved one for additional insights. By the end, I'll provide you with my assessment, potential diagnoses, and provide recommendations for a treatment plan.

Follow Up Options

Concise Follow Up
During this follow-up session, we'll review any updates since your last visit, assess your progress with implemented strategies, and discuss medication management if applicable. We'll address any concerns or side effects you may be experiencing and make adjustments to optimize your treatment plan accordingly.

Comprehensive Follow Up
In addition to the elements in the concise follow-up, we'll delve deeper into various aspects of your life and apply additional therapy techniques during this extended session. This option is particularly beneficial when facing a stressful event or during the initial stages of treatment when rapid improvement is a priority.

Out of Office Visit
I provide walking, park, coffee shop, home and school visits. This can be helpful if you prefer an in person visit but commuting is not feasible for your schedule or you feel more comfortable in your own home. School observations can provide rich information on social interaction and concentration issues that are helpful for diagnostic clarity and treatment progress. Cost of travel is in addition to the aforementioned follow up rates.

We are a self pay practice
You may be able to pursue out-of-network reimbursement for services rendered, depending on your health insurance plan. Payment is due at the time of service and we do not guarantee out of network reimbursement (it is the client’s responsibility to confirm out of network benefits with their insurance carrier). For clients who are submitting for out-of-network reimbursement we will provide a superbill (or medical bill) for submission to their insurance.

Insurance companies can be very overwhelming to deal with. Use this free tool to check your medical insurance and see if you can get reimbursed through your out of network benefits. After each appointment, they charge 5% of the appointment fee to submit your claims, handle the paperwork, call your insurance company and deal with denials. They guarantee claims are successfully submitted or you receive a full refund of their fees!
